Those are the best caramels! I had a roommate who worked at the factory and he brought home POUNDS of cosmetic defect caramels every week. It was the best year of my life haha

I feel like I recently saw a teether/pacifier that had a handle for baby to hold, and there might be teething nubs on it, and then at one end was a pacifier. I wonder if Robin had a grip on that, even if she flailed about with her arms, she'd be able to guide it back into her mouth. I wish I had a name to tell you to find it more easily, but I remember thinking what a great idea it was.

Where has the time gone?!? Can't believe Lucy will be 3! Robin will be 1 before you know it too. The days can feel so long but the years go by so fast. Cherish these days with your little ladies ❤

I have a shark flex style and it’s not worth it. I barely even had mine a year and it has started glitching like it’s overheating. I have treated this thing like a car it has its own bag and been very well taken care of. Also the attachments rock and feel like they could come off while in use although they haven’t it’s still not ideal. Lastly the hair does not wrap around the barrel very well you have to use tiny sections. Your babies are gorgeous! I can’t believe Lucy will be 3 either!!! Happy Birthday Lucy!!!🎉😊

Leighann, look up the Swaddalini. They have the most amazing swaddling product. Even ones with the arms out. No affiliation here just a fan.

I'm planning my little lady's 3rd birthday as well! I can absolutely relate to the timewarp that is 2! I feel like it feels forever because you see so much more growth and development during this year. Lucy has made leaps and bounds at her therapies and she's really developing her autonomy! The halo transition sleep sack worked wonders for us when he started rolling. It has sleeves so his arms were free but still felt swaddled so he didn’t wake himself up

If you don't end up using one of the cake toppers, you can always put one in a little vase (with or without flowers) and have it out on the table

In norway our babies nap outside in the stroller in all weather. Including winter and snow. So it makes sense to me that colder weather would help with naps. 😊

Oriental Trading is the best! I loathe Party City. If I plan enough in advance I usually just everything I need on Oriental Trading since it’s solely online. Also with the grapes. You can make your own. Just get green grapes and coat them with lemon juice. Pour a whatever flavor Jello packet on top and give it a shake. Pop them in the freezer and boom. Made these a few years ago and been hooked ever since!

Thinking of mould and water bottles, the spray bottle you used on Lucy’s hair that grows mould aswell and can lead to scalp fungus and hair loss so do make sure to put it in the dishwasher and take it apart properly and don’t use the water in it after a day or it starts going stagnant, I learnt the hard way 😭 if you already noticed scalp issues buy an anti fungal shampoo and it should clear up within a few weeks

Ok sorry I had to pause you when you said terrible twos, it reminded me of when my sister had my niece, someone asked how my nephew was, he's 2 n a half yrs older, but someone said'ah the terrible 2s and one friends Dad was there visiting with his daughter my sis friend, he looked up and said 'terrible 2's, wait till ya get to the f-----g 3's' and thru everyone for a small loop cause the man was a well respected judge whom nobody had heard him curse, it was so funny! By the way my niece is in her 30s with 4 of her own and everytime I think about it I still laugh my butt off! I know you'll probably never see this but still had to share it and who knows maybe you will see it! Love n hugs to all 4 of you and one more time congrats she is adorable!❤

Totally agree with you on party city!! It sucks. But it’s all we have. It’s alway dirty and sad and the employees seem miserable
